Invo provides a full range of services, including
Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech
Therapy and School Psychology services. We
can provide all evaluative and IEP related
services to students of all ages and developmental
levels. |

What
is Invo’s experience with the educational
model? |
| |
Since its origination, Invo
has advocated that the delivery of therapy
in the educational setting is distinctly different
from clinically based, medically necessitated
treatment. Although medical conditions and/or
a disability may be present, services may
not be required unless the condition or disability
impacts the student’s ability to benefit
from the education program.
When practicing the educational model,
Invo therapists use purposeful, goal-directed
activities to enable a student with
a disability to benefit from an Individual
Education Plan (“IEP”).
Specifically, therapy is designed
to assist in the development of underlying
performance components that are necessary
for academic learning and vocational
training within the child's current
educational setting. |

How
can our agency be assured that Invo will present
qualified professionals? |

Invo personally interviews each
candidate and retains copies of all necessary
credentials, including licences, child abuse
clearances, criminal record clearances, professional
liability insurance, and references.
In addition, a candidate can be
presented to the district for an
interview to ensure you can select
the candidate who best meets the
district's needs.

Isn't
contracting out for services with Invo expensive? |

No. In fact, contracting
out for services with a private agency
will most likely save your school
or agency money. When you contract
services, you save money in recruiting
costs, employer taxes, fringe benefits,
healthcare and liability insurance
costs. |

What
kind of documentation do the therapists provide? |
| |
Since Invo works in multiple
states with varied programs and agencies,
we understand that different programs have
different documentation requirements. Most
organizations already have standards established
for documentation and we feel it's best for
the therapists to be oriented to those individual
policies and procedures. If your organization
does not have established procedures and forms
for documentation, Invo will gladly provide
them. |
