Invo therapists adapt their service to the requirements of your agency program. They are flexible, dedicated and experienced. Their duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

	Screening and evaluations
	Supervision of COTA, PTA and SLPA staff
	Progress notes and reports
	Individual and group therapy sessions
	Teacher and staff training
	IEP meetings
	Medial Assistance paperwork
	Miscellaneous record keeping

Your next step is simple...

	When you call the Invo office for the first time, you will be forwarded to the director who handles the services in your geographic area.
	Your director will discuss with you your agency’s needs and any considerations you may have. Your director will create a written proposal outlining the therapy rate and the number of hours of therapy that you requested.
	Once you have given your director the approval to move forward, the Invo marketing and staffing team will match the right therapist to your specific requirements. Invo never relies on only the current therapists that are on staff. We have a full time staffing division that is continually recruiting new therapists to meet your unique needs.
	The Invo Credentials Department will insure that your therapist has the proper licensing, malpractice and any other required documentation before beginning service.
	Your Invo director will work with your staff to insure proper orientation to your program. Throughout the course of the therapist’s association with your agency, our Invo management team will stay in touch with your staff to maintain quality service delivery.
	In the rare event that a therapist needs to be replaced, or if you have additional therapy needs, Invo is there with immediate assistance.
