Do you have part time and full time positions available?

Invo has both part time and full time positions available in 13 states. Typically full time positions in our school programs are 35-40 hours per week. Some of our program requirements are as little as a few hours per week day or evening, or full time 5 days per week.

Many of our therapists providing service to school aged programs, also provide service to early intervention children that are seen in their homes or other natural environments. Therapists may stop to see a few children each week on their way home from another job.

Do you have programs available that will give me summers off?

Yes, some of our school aged programs need service delivery during the typical 36 week school calendar. This would also give the therapist the opportunity to be home during typical school holidays and spring break periods.

Some of our school aged programs need service during the summer, (Extended School Year programs, ESY). This enables you the opportunity to work throughout the summer, if this is your preference.

How do I find out about the positions available in my area?

First check the map on our website to note the 13 states in which Invo provides service. Then call the Invo office and ask to speak to one of the Invo Staffing Specialists in your area. They will tell you about all of the programs in your geographical area.

How do I interview for the position that I am interested in?

If you are interested in one of the Invo programs, an Invo Director will call
you to begin the interviewing process and the collection of appropriate
credentials.

Since Invo provides service in 13 states, how do I communicate with your staff?

Invo staff is accustomed to working with therapists and agencies in 13 states. You will be working with a management team that is very familiar with your area and the agency to which you are assigned.

When you call our office between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM you can always speak to a ‘live person’ who can help you, or you may choose to use our state of the art message system.

What kind of support do you provide to your therapists in the field?

Invo has an excellent support network. You may choose to call our office
and speak to our Clinical Director. Often we will put you in touch with one of our many skilled therapists who can help you with your question. In addition you may log into the Invo Website and post your question on our Invo Bulletin Board.
